Yes. UPS and FedEx publish on-time delivery guarantees for expedited services. If a guaranteed package arrives late, the shipper can request the shipping charges back — but you usually have ~15 days to ask, so most refunds go unclaimed. This tool does the checking.
Does the tool file the claims for me?

Which services qualify?
Expedited services with clear transit commitments: overnight/next-day, 2-day, 3-day. Ground and economy show as "Unknown" — we dont flag what we cant stand behind.
How much money will I get back?
Depends on your volume and how often carriers were late. The tool sums charges on flagged shipments — an eligibility estimate, not a promise. Carriers make the final call.
What is the catch? Why is it free?
